I don't see that Page has done much wrong, he has been let down with some poor discipline on the field and got 10 points out of 12 from our home games, if a new manager comes in he is going to want his own staff (which would not be a bad idea) his own players and systems, which we simply cannot afford.....for me give him until the end of the season and assess his performance then.

I think he should now be given the opportunity.

 

I've reminded people before - that Rudge was an unknown entity at Torquay when he came here and Waddington (Stoke's finest, excuse the bad language) came from Crewe.

 

It's a shot in the dark. Page probably deserves longer and it also means the Club won't go through wholesale disruption and upheaval, which we don't wan't and can't afford.

Think I'd probably hold back making a decision yet and give him until the end of November, we only have 1 home game and the rest are away games in November so we might have a better picture then, if he does okay in the next 4/5 games then I'd give it him until the end of the season and review again in the summer.
