Winding up order?

Thats my feeling. PVFC ltd may be the old company which went into admin.

It can't be the company that went into admin, because hasn't that company been wound up; hence the legal action against former directors? I thought this company was one of the vehicles smurf used for the share in the club since we came out of admin. I could be wrong mind.

I hope to god that this is Norman being his usual disorganised unprofessional useless self and the liability will be paid along with the withdrawal of the petition shortly...as it stands it is likely all credit accounts will be frozen and highly unlikely we'll be signing any more players

Based on the fact that this company is the one with debt it must be the main trading company...the ground may be in a different company but it doesn't really help port vale as a football club. Just Norman and his assets

But PVFC limited is shown as not trading apparently, according to the above? So if the share in the club is no longer held by that company (and by that I mean the club and not the ground) how can it be the trading company for the club?

Looking at the company check links:

PVFC Limited - Status is non trading

Port Vale Football Club Limited - Status is active

If that's right (and I'm assuming it is) it's good news as the HMRC notice refers to PVFC Limited, which is non-trading. The company reference number in the notice is 07921609 if anyone wants to check.

Not sure about this and I'm out so can't check companies house...there must've been some activity by PVFC ltd in order to build up a tax debt??....it could be an old company that did minimal trading before ceasing...it may just be a long standing debt that is quite small??...I've no idea
