850 last week ,2000 this.Panic over.

They seemed quite confident of hitting the target with the new incentives and 10 game ticket:yes:

If I have this right Smurf has said if we sell 4,000 the budget would be around 1.9m and if we sell 5k it could be 2.1m,well if he also comes out and publicly says about his 25% on top then we could be looking at a budget of 2.5-2.6m? all ifs buts and maybes of course:unsure:

Does anyone else feel they are being ****ed over a barrel and being exploited for their loyalty to the club? We've scored a huge own goal with the change in children's season tickets. They are the future after all. Not announcing the price on 10 game bungles until after the early bird period is plain disrespectful. £25 as a walk up price is simply TOO EXPENSIVE! Football is simply going to ****.

I agree something needs to be done about the price of watching football in this country in general. But i genuinely think Norman tried to do the right thing with the under 12's free thing. It certainly got my kids back after 5 years since their last ST. Plus ive spent a fair whack in the club shop over the season. He probably just under estimated the financial impact the offer would have on the club finances. The own goal was suggesting hiking the price for kids to £115. At least he has seen sense on that and he should be applauded for it. What is annoying is the lack of forward planning on contracts for the manager and players. Lots more STs would have been sold now if fans new the likes of Micky, Lines and Dicko were signed up.
