If Adam stays there will be no season tickets for me and my family next season and there are 8 of us ( ADAMS OUT )

 

I think if he goes the appointment of manager will a massive choice for Smurf,he will need bring someone in who will lift the club and help shift some tickets.

 

The problem I think we will have if Adams stays is that he sticks with players so he would more than likely offer all 14 terms when really we need to ship the majority out

His record at a few clubs hasn't been too good,so I will say again as I have said many times now Chris Powell would be the man for me,although with the money on offer I think Smurf will go for Aspin(who's record in the conference and overall is good),if that happens then I would be over the moon if Rudgie joined him as DOF

It takes a long time to build a strong club, but not very long to destroy one.

 

Until such time Adams fails to improve us season on season, he should stay.

 

This demand from some fans for instant success is detached from reality. We have had a promotion from League 2, but getting out League 1 is a much bigger ask. We have only had two post war managers who have achieved that, in almost 70 years.

 

Vale are not a big club, and certainly getting into the Championship and staying there, will be really difficult.

 

Unless there is a way of getting investment into the club progress will be hard, but as long as Adams is manager the chances of making progress are at least enhanced.
