Vale pitch

A discussion on another thread about injuries and a possible link to the pitch it raised an interesting question [for me anyway]

The money spent pre season and future spending on the pitch and ground... does it come from PVFC budget?... is it in the lease that PVFC are responsible for the general maintenance and {present/future} development of the stadium and its facilities?

PVFC do not own the ground.

BLIMY DING,am stalking yer, just said this on other side :) .Am sure SMURF said he paid for ground improvements which included the shop,he also said he was paying for the new ticket system,so I assume it's the company who own the stadium are paying for this,at least as long as SMURF is the owner we will not be paying any rent,When SMURF leaves we then pay £150,000 per yer for use of all the facilities ,

Presumably as the facilities are improved, a new pitch, completion of Lorne St, etc, the rental will go up? How much is Norman thinking of investing in the infrastructure? Playing budget dependent on turnover a separate issue.

That depends on the arrangement- if there is a long lease in place rent reviews will be a formality.
