Correct Tosh ,through Baldwins Gate,big sign for Slaters on the bend ,just after the bend is a turning down to the right.Continue to junction turn right .That's Manor road.The Madeley end,through Madeley ,turn left at Barhill Bridge.That's Manor road Madeley.

I didn't know Pete, but know those who did. He sounds like the kind of bloke I would have liked to have got to know though. As a fellow biker and Vale fan, I was wondering if anyone has any contacts with the Motorcycle Action Group MAG in Stoke, when I lived there they did a lot for charity, and may well be a good organisation to contact to help organise an event in Pete's honour, and helping out his little ones future? RIP Pete.

His Father Richard (****) is a a big motorcycle enthusiast DV i would imagine he is a member of this organisation or similar as i know he has helped organised Bike rallies very recently....

Just wanted to add to the tributes, such a sad thing to happen.

I've not been on for quite a while, but my memory told me I'd had a couple of very intelligent chats with Pete, back in the bad days before the new owners, and I was right - talking about things other than football, science and politics mostly - and he was one of the nicest, smartest blokes I've ever had the privilege of chatting to on here. Totally devastated that such a nice guy isn't around any more and know he will be missed by all of us.
