Probably fitting that a team on a -31 goal difference and lost their first game 7-0 should be relegated before the last game of the season. The worst part is somebody looks like staying up on about 46 points !

Looking at how the league has panned out he was given 17 games (51 points) to get about 4 wins and a few draws so about 16 points from the 51 on offer ! We have won 2 and drawn 3. 🤔 !! 9 POINTS...We could have put Boomer in charge for those final 17 games and picked up more points...

Talk about death by a thousand cuts !! Just put us out of our misery. Some folks still think we could get 4 points from the last 2 games and survive !!! Nutters.

Terrible weekend. We all thought it was hooligans causing trouble when we were watching the Vale at Chesterfield. We had just got back to the car at 5pm and instead of the normal sports report music belting out Alan Green just announced how many had died, it made your hair stand on end. The following morning I arrived at the Normacot Hotel were I was reffing in the PDSL only to be told the game was off as the managers 10 year old son had died in the tragedy.

Carol has had a really bad 18 months with her decision making. Please don't add to this list by doing an on-field speech at the end of the Cambridge match !

Who would have thought back in July we could be relegated in mid April but although the official (R) will not be placed after our name because of the goal difference we could be 99.9% relegated on Tuesday if results don't go our way. Shrewsbury 0 Wycombe 2 on Saturday so like Exeter another team that have not yet placed down their beach towels. Last one out turn the light off.....

Although I don't have any sort of accountancy qualifications the fact that we now pay 319 people instead of 79 jumps out at me ! Some will be minimum wage and some will be well paid, but an average of say 25k a year equates to £6 million !

When I posted my 'glass half empty' quote yesterday quite a few people came back with Burton and Cheltenham have no form at all and we will be OK. We have just picked up 1 point from 9 and not scored. Before that we had beaten a Bristol Rovers team that are being beaten for fun and not scored in the last 7 matches ! My glass is even less full than last night knowing we will probably get thumped at Bolton so we can't rely on goal difference and Burton still have to play Cheltenham and Fleetwood.
