Do you know that for a fact? Or was he, AC and Schofield sacked together at a meeting after training? Why would they take training if the club intended to sack AC? It all stinks of them standing up to the hierachy about the transfer window.
I really hope that's the case. Weird that Nash has stayed.
The Flitcroft thing does my head in, it's one of those things where the more you think about it, the more gobsmacking it becomes. Remember that half finished squad last season? Playing games with no strikers and dossers in goal. And then he decided he was cleverer than all of football by deciding not to pay for any strikers this season (but also not buying in any goals from midfield). It's <ovf censored> flabbergasting

Fair enough that’s your opinion. I tend to agree with most things he says. One thing I do know is he loves this club & is passionate unlike a lot inside the club even the players mate
Hi Ben!

Is Carol there tonight?

Seems a bit strange that there's been no testimony for Crosby. Don't we normally say stuff about people conducting themselves with decency and how they and their families will always be welcome back at VP?

Out of curiosity who do you want?
Wayne Corden

Evans is a pig of a man. Don't care if he's as good as Guardiola, don't want him. Nor do I want Ainsworth (hair).

Give it a rest with the Joey Barton nonsense. The guy is toxic.
Warren voted for Liz Truss to become leader of the Conservative Party.

We need to pack the home ends pretending to be Reading fans, invade the pitch, get them a points deduction. Survival sorted.

Me too. Best try and get rid of those <ovf censored> icebergs then, hadn't we?

Once the season is over - then we can start to do an autopsy and look at culprits.
Once the ship has sank, we can work out which iceberg was to blame.

Ultimately it doesn't matter if she formed a good connection with Robbie if he doesn't start properly investing in the club. All I've seen is him get given a job that probably is even one of his top priorities and he probably just thinks is a fancy title.
It's a total non-issue. An irrelevance.

Some hysterical overreaction upthread and some totally unfair criticism of Carol. Not sure how she can be blamed for a collapsed drain or that she should be criticised for forming stronger links with one of the most famous men in Britain. If she only invited "her clique", well after putting millions of her own cash in to the club, I don't really give a <ovf censored>. Yes, she needs to <ovf censored> Flitcroft off but some of the other stuff going her way is well out of order. Some real cry babies on here.

No idea. If you had any self-respect, would you be Flitcroft's underling, having formations and recruitment forced on you by a buffoon?

Crosby takes charge of the team.
The team that Flitcroft has handed to him. Do you honestly believe that Crosby was happy to go in to today's game relying on Loft up front? AC has his faults but Guardiola or Rudgie would have struggled to get a result from Flitcroft's squad today.
If Crosby goes, does anyone believe that Flitcroft would appoint the best candidate as his successor? Anyone we get in would have to agree with what Flitcroft dictates and work with "long term targets" like Loft.

Sacking Crosby but keeping Flitcroft is pointless.

I can.
We haven't had a proper squad since promotion. An utter shambles.
I genuinely think Flitcroft and Carol are making it up as they go along. "Trust the process"? What process? Where's the strategy, where's the long term thinking? How are they supposed to build the club and sell it to supporters when we're seeing such rank amateurism. Absolute <ovf censored>.

Explain whats up with the squad other than a fuck8ng striker?
"Other than a striker" lol.
And left back.
And central midfield.
We can't score, we can't defend. We're continually betting the house on loan signings, overseen by a chump who loves the sound of his own voice and an owner who appears to be under his spell. We're one place off the relegation places and relying on a donkey, a child and an extremely injury prone player for goals, depending on kids in midfield and don't have a LWB.

There's definitely been a decision to maintain radio silence. (Possibly due to ill health, hopefully not.) It's weird, absolutely nothing coming from the club.
