I'm not really a finance kind of person but do these accounts cover the period where Carol said we were massively overspending and needed to turn the taps off for a bit? If so, would that mean we may be in a slightly better situation this season (or at least would have been if we hadn't had the pitch and the Crosby/ Flitcroft pay-offs to deal with)?
-
Also, having so many games postponed due to call ups and then having to replay them once those decent players had been recalled. Maybe a bit of fuzzy logic on my part but it's certainly contributed to our current position.
-
Has Gore been spotted at the games at all? Wouldn't injured players still be expected to show their faces at at least some matches? If not, I wonder if the injury story is a smokescreen to distract from off-the-field issues?

Quite how David Flitcroft - David <ovf censored> Flitcroft! - thought he'd stumbled upon some kind of cheat mode for squad assembly is beyond my understanding.

Summer transfer rumours and speculation

My point was merely that for a sought after player, Stockport can easily afford to out-bid us. That's a fact. -

I imagine that we stand absolutely zero chance of getting him now. Even if a championship club isn't sniffing around, the likes of Wrexham and Stockport would easily outbid us. -

Yep. I don't think we'd have won this a month ago. -

Those Bristol stats are like us for most of 2024 -
Foyle stabbed Rudgie in the back. Was well aware of his imminent sacking and went along with it in the knowledge that he would stand to benefit.

It's not beyond the realm of possibilities that we could be 19th by tea time Friday. -
Sounds like he's reading from the same script that Flitcroft was.

Memory may be cheating me but haven't most of our points come when Garrity's playing in a more attacking role? -
They should just move the bycars seats over to the hamill. Keep them facing the same way.

Hope his recruitment team is following him out the door. Bet Andy Crosby's having a wee tipple tonight.

I remember watching a non-league side get relegated on the last day of the season and as soon as the final whistle blew, the DJ played Road to Nowhere by Talking Heads. -
