It’s been the tactic since we came back from covid. I don’t like it but kind of get it when proctor is fit. But when we’ve got small players who are technically decent it just makes no sense

Dire. No pace about the side. Hoofing it forwards. Only gibbons and hussey look like they want to try and get it down. Lumping the ball up to Wilson and cooper is about as dinosaur as it gets. Change it at half time go with a back 4 and try to score a goal. Other than hussey and gibbons who have been ok I think they’ve all been rubbish. Front line offers absolutely nothing. First time we’ve look shaky at the back so we need to attack a bit. I won’t hold my breath though.

Not sure that’s enough. I could run around chasing the ball. Thought he was really poor against Tranmere and Rochdale personally. Just think we have a better player sat on the bench. Hopefully like you say we something from him tonight.

Depends how we play. Just hope we try to pass it around tonight. No use lumping it forwards as we have done previously without proctor.

It got them promoted to the premiership in the first place though and a 9th place finish last season. Injuries and a tiny squad are the reason Leeds are struggling they’ve barely been able to name a side for months. Not saying it’s the way to go as they should have changed it up months ago but entertaining football can and does have just as much success as defensive football

Surprised it’s taken so long. Great manager but their results have been shocking for weeks. Conceding 4/5/6/7 regularly. Think they’ll go down personally

I agree. I just find it odd that Jones is one missing out given how good he was earlier in the season. Players like Benning haven’t been great but to not see him on the bench for weeks I just find a little odd. Presume he will leave in the summer. I imagine the likes of Charsley will be out of the squad when Conlon is back. Not sure on Taylor he’s another I have a feeling they’re not too keen on. Didn’t think it was a red at Newport personally either. I get him having to wait his chance, but not to be in the squad when fit is a bit odd Imo.

Wouldn’t be that odd would it? Gibbons, hussey, hall, Jones and smith? Not exactly an odd back line. In the case of Jones he was one of our best players. Looks pretty strong to me?

Hard to be consistent when you start 1 week dropped the next then play 5, 20 minute spells then start then dropped ect.

One thing I will agree with is Jones and Benning. Especially Jones. Where is he? One of our best players now not even on the bench. Benning is good enough for the bench as well. Jones should be starting IMO

Why is he a scapegoat? It’s probably the fact that the last few games he hasn’t performed close to what he can do and what we have seen this time this season. That’s not making someone a scapegoat ffs. That just watching the game and saying he hasn’t been very good recently!!! Forgot everyone in our team is a 10/10 every match unless their name is Martin or Hussey. Wilson has been poor recently that’s a fact that isn’t making him a scapegoat.

He’s been doing it for years. Been quiet this season but last season posted some <ovf censored> every single game. Blokes got serious mental problems. I actually thought he was a decent player, but seems a complete nutcase
