  1. Can’t help wondering what would have happened if we’d kept Harrison
  2. I don't know what the contract situations are but I'd keep Ripley, Garrity and Chislett + our own youngsters and transfer list the rest. Maybe keep Wilson on a cheapo pay as you play style deal.
  3. I appreciate the tools he's working with are limited but I see no impact from the change of manager at all. We're certainly not going down guns blazing. Since he's on a long contract the question becomes, if / when we go down how do we re-evaluate his position?
  4. I think it mean Man City had better watch out and I know because I nearly own a business myself and have an out of date linkedin thingie. Thanks for asking, always glad to help.
  5. Tbh, I’m going tonight but they’ll have to lift my spirits, it isn’t in me to do the 12th man routine.
  6. To be fair, looking at the replay, on another day we get away with the unwise decisions for both goals. No-one would even mention the first one being disallowed and the pen was 6 of one half dozen of the other.
  7. Can’t see him playing Lopata . Someone would have to have made a right howler before DM considered that…. Oh wait, hang on a minute.
  8. Align with the vision Get close to some exciting targets we’ve got players in the building (not many on the pitch) working class area hard earned money 12th man win games of football (aot tiddleywinks) the type of player with the right attributes characters who can deal with adversity make progress on and off the pitch repeat ad infinitum I’ve got Flitcroft syndrome.
  9. If we go down, get rid of Flitcroft, tell Moore he has to manage without a DoF. Even if we don't go down get rid of or transfer list: Smith, Jones, Clarke, Grant,, Lowe, Iacovetti, Loft, Ikpaesu. Weir isn't ours anyway.
  10. managers I've liked; Aspin, Askey, Crosby. Managers I haven't liked; Adams, Clarke. I'm hoping not to like Moore.
  11. Time for a new challenge elsewhere for Smith.
  12. There are about ten of them at Burslem Job Centre
  13. from the little I've seen of Mighten, he's very quick and skilful but easy to knock off the ball, that's more wingback than centre forward for me.
  14. Moore has a great rep with Baggies highly regarded for heroic attempt at avoiding relegation first time. Was premier league manager of the month at one point. Nearly clawed back a 10 point deficit.
  15. Just looked at the hot topics and apparently the new manager is… Kian Harrett.
  16. maybe the academy team is out of form because so many of them are in the first team squad?
  17. Proper Potteries lad, history with the club, involvement in the community side. Great clubman will be fondly remembered by me.
  18. … and if we go on another run like after the first Barnsley game, we’ll go up.
  19. And McMenemy, Colin, The Cowleys, Evans… the list is endless.
  20. Funny article on Spurs sacking: Antonio has joined the chat: group therapy for departed Spurs managers | Tottenham Hotspur | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM
  21. I don’t know, Luton aren’t that small, and Yeovil Ladies are worthy of a lot of respect. Apart from that, yeah, minnows I grant you.
