Looks like Hamil has sold well but Railway looks a shambles (particularly the Paddock).

We can't ever call ourselves anything other than a small club if we can't sell 10000 tickets for a quarter final of a domestic cup competition.

I think we're about 1,200 home fans short of what we got for the Swindon playoff final as it stands with 12 days to go. With corporate and away tickets I reckon about 11,400/11,500 have been sold so far. Still the potential for another 1,500 home tickets to be sold to push it towards 10,000 once full focus is on the fixture in the press etc...

  2. I threw the match ball back to a player at a Congleton Town match in 2021 and got told off by a steward for not being "Covid safe". The ball was supposed to have been sanitised first. Sadly four players died as a result of my disgraceful behaviour.

  3. Good sales numbers considering it's been on general sale for 4 hours and there's nearly a month until KO. If you're not a season ticket holder and you want to sit in the Railway Stand then I'd recommend buying before the ticket office opens tomorrow morning. They've already oversold by 250 based on the capacity figures quoted earlier today. It'll be closed off for further sales in the morning...

Spoke to someone within the shop yesterday no more than a 1000 tickets left sell .

Do not forget general sale 18.00 tonight .

    Snap them up .

When there gone there gone .

Boro tickets haven't even gone on sale yet .

    UTV

That doesn't count the additional blocks they could release in the Hamil and potentially any season ticket holders who don't take up their tickets, which I'd imagine will be minimal. Still opportunities to buy corporate if you're feeling flush.

  5. Bit harsh on folks who've paid for membership, but are below in the pecking order than someone who's mates with a ST holder but hasn't been since Man C away... I'm sure they'll be some members out there who won't be mates with a ST holder to buy them a ticket.

I wonder how many tickets will be available in the Paddock for non-season ticket holders? Will Paddock STs be able to buy for friends and family in the same stand that they sit in?

  6. No problem with the core adult price, but should a 7 year old be getting charged the same as a 63 year old? Why should a working age adult have to pay £40 for themselves and their school age kid to attend whilst someone in their 60s pays £15 to attend the last 8 of the league cup? Nasty junior pricing for me. Make the 62+ year olds pay £20 and under 19s (not 16s) pay £10.
