Issue with a manager, not so much with players, although still can be, is family. If you are settled in an area it can be a huge task to move. That will limit who we get, because they may only get until the season end, so we may go down the caretaker route. Otherwise we need to give a decent contract to entice anyone , unless they are local. A decent manager will want a good contract to relocate and stay for a few years, it will not be cheap.

Rudgies DoF was Billy Bell and maybe the tea lady. It is tough with Flitcroft still around. Once gone? If a new manager comes in Flitcroft must go, on results or lack of re permanent signings of value alone. Social media has its place, but to bash X ( Twitter for the old uns) with Adeteye, that is old news and just has no place in where we are now.
