A freeze in prices , No way season tickets should be £250 at most next season, mate .
Thereby reducing the playing budget which is presumably not what you wish.

Lincoln yesterday played 3-5-2 which is what we were supposed to be playing this season.
Their two wing backs were lined up in a 5 when we had the ball. When they had the ball they were lined up level with the centre forward. It must take some stamina to perform the role but I never saw them short defensively. Their number 2 was excellent.
It just shows the players are out there good enough to play the system we wanted to play.

Away from Vale moves, wasn't this the player who looked decent in the home game? Looks like Reading could see their squad picked off due to their financial woes...

Straight in to their first team. They started with two sixteen year olds tonight.

Osh is at it again.
Thinking Loft is utter dog muck really isn't "hating" him. You just think Vale players are beyond any sort of criticism.
You continue to think he will come good while everybody else will live in the real world and accept he's about as much use as (offensive phrase removed by admin)
Tasteless.

No mention of overseas leagues (apart from UK & Ireland) ? We may be once bitten twice shy because of the Bruno season but there may be as much value in still looking overseas than in the lower English tiers. Have proportionally more overseas players been successful than our non-league recruits? -can only think of Robin van der Laan ( Dutch 2nd division) as being really successful (Heald, Andoh, Jensen?) but we’ve not brought in a huge pool of players compared to those with a non-league background (admittedly Bruno year was an exception).
Brexit might prevent this.

Ben Garrity. What a transformation from the player that arrived a couple of years.
Ignoring the obvious things he did, as one or two other posters have already intimated, the way he supported young Mr Sharrock last night was tremendous.

I have always thought clubs have a natural place in the league hiarachy. To me we have always been a mid table League One side which is where we are now having spent a number of seasons below our natural place.
We have just taken 7 points out of 9 having played really badly to earn 4 of them which is usually something that is considered a good thing. The other 3 came from playing really well against a side on a long unbeaten run.
We have 26 points and have not reached the halfway point of the season yet. 42 points was enough to stay up two years ago.
We have a manager who toes the party line and gives really bland and frankly uninteresting interviews. Like most football managers.
I really do not understand what all the toxicity is about. We have long term plans of the sort we have not seen before and if you look at the progress on and off the field over the past few years then it is working. You can rearrange the staff employed to carry out those plans but any replacements will be working within the same progressive structure.
I like where we are going and am philosophical about the fact that, as in all sports, form is something that comes and goes.

I've been going since the start of the 1957-58 season (but not to so many grounds) and the ball has never been anywhere near me. I was once at Fenway Park and the baseball landed in the row behind me.
Well that knocks me out the park. I shall keep hoping that one day I may touch the ball but it will have to be an away ground now I sit at the back of the Railway Stand (I shall omit the obvious joke).

Thank you for your understanding.
At the Burton Cup game a couple of years ago the ball landed two rows behind me. I almost got excited.

53 years!
I feel your sense of pain and loss at being overlooked and neglected by fate.
And i will also miss Sticky Vicky showing us the way forward too net zero by illuminating a light bulb by touching them on her box of tricks

I have been going to football since 1970 and have never touched the matchball.
If only the same had happened during my cricket career it would have been a lot less embarassing.

I thought this, maybe if he’d arrived from France on a dingy, he’d have been welcomed with open arms.
That really is not funny.

My mate who is a Middlesborough fan, but not a season ticket holder, is delighted by the policy and is being very nice to me.
