It’s the club run by individuals who don’t know what they’re doing and believe that throwing money at the problem is the answer. There’s an old Greek saying, ’if you throw money at a problem, then you haven’t thought the problem through’. The common thread to these unsuccessful managers are the owners. That’s the problem, they don’t know how to recruit properly. Who allows a manager to buy players and then relieve him of his duties, within a couple of weeks of the season starting and days before the transfer window closes.
