  1. No not in squad. Might be injured as he was a regular.
  2. Not sure how Leutwiler gets your criticism? He's only played in Pizzapaintpotpennychew Cup.
  3. No sorry, but apparently Jones agent has his contract on all his advertising and social media proclaiming he's the best agent in the world getting him a 2 year deal.
  4. Sadly Fosse all irrelevant to the greedy Premier boys. They aren't bothered by Alfreton Town holding Derby to a draw and playing in front of a big crowd and TV money. They are just a self entitled bunch of moaning Minnie's
  5. Breadwinner was ok too. Very passionate fan.
  6. And when on the odd occasions they are knocked out in the 3rd round ,you can guarantee on 4th round day they will be in Malaysia or Thailand playing a friendly.
  7. Dictated to again. So any non league club who may hold a biggy to a draw will miss out on a big pay day and tv money. Vile at times the Premier is. All selfish clubs.
  8. Any truth Ripley has signed up to play in the hope of a clean sheet at Vale Park ?
  9. Matt Hancock on YouTube as we speak. Flitcroft passed him a piece of paper before he left. Hancock currently watching HJK Helsinki reserves v Inter Turku reserves for this Scandinavian gem Dave had lined up.
  10. Do you know what I'd prefer to lose 7-3 and give it a right go. Pointless doing another Peterborough isn't it. Let's go down all guns blazing.
  11. I agree. Was his name Coutts for Bristol Rovers? That 3-1 on Easter Monday a couple of seasons ago he ran the show and was a constant in the refs face. Horrible niggly individual. Someone like him would be ideal ( I'm not suggesting him by the way he's in The lower leagues in Scotland). Last one like that for me was Griff. Snarling and getting proper stuck in. Morsy to an extent although as he was young with us he wasn't as streetwise.
  12. Whilst on his day he's really decent I'm miffed with Ojo at times. Some things cause alarm about his character. Like Accrington last season. Whilst I'm not suggesting he did it for a couple of weeks off, his red card at 3-0 down with minutes left was unbelievable lack of professionalism. Also since Crosby left there was possibly a toys out of pram scenario. Only he knows that, but at times he's seemed less than committed. He's gone down in my estimation. Definitely has a flawed character.
  13. 5-1-1 was a dream start. Beyond our wildest expectations. Even more so after walking out of Barnsley when the 5th went in. You can't forget Barnsley but 16 points from opening 7 games is a fantastic start in any league.
  14. We had minus 32 in 1983/4 which also included a 7-0 defeat to Burnley. I bet that's not the record though. Some things never change. Walsall did the double over us.
  15. Probably due to a history of feisty occasions over the years , Bolton are Probably my 91st favourite league team with only Lard beneath them. Even dislike them more than The Poundland mob. Can't think of a worse team to put the nail in the coffin. 5-0.
  16. You need an axe just to break the crust on our pies.
  17. Personally Warren I don't think you can take games like that in isolation. We absolutely crawled over the line against Sutton who are soon to be back non league. We played Mansfield off the park that night admittedly. Also didn't Wrexham play a second string side ? As soon as big guns came on we were suddenly 2-1 down. I'm not getting any positive vibes with this sad bunch and want to see another cull. When I rock up in August if I see Jones,Debrah, Grant and Loft in the line up I'll nail my season ticket to a tree.
  18. That's all guesswork mate. Arblaster is clearly an outstanding talent already in the team at Sheff Utd and Devine was felt good enough for Plymouth. Gore obviously can't be judged on the Pompey game but I wouldn't of envisaged him as the saviour. We still couldn't defend or score enough goals.
  19. You build your team with proven league one players. The mainstays of the side. The spine. The cherry on the cake is the loanees. We got it badly wrong and the mainstays were indeed the loanees. The rest is history.
  20. Mills. Sang. Crookes. Jones Fitzpatrick. Grant Whitehead. Lowe Smith. Smith Guthrie. Loft I'm seeing no upgrade there whatsoever . They will all be abysmal in League 2 also.
  21. His interview was usual Mr nice guy waffle. Compare to Garrity. Visibly emotional and gutted 😢. Needs get a nasty streak in him. Too late now but this softly spoken guff hasn't cut it with these losers.
  22. I hold my hands up . Haven't been able to face it. Missed 6 of last 7 homes. A couple due to health reasons the rest by choice. Reckon I've spent 2 grand this season ( my choice ). Reading alone was 150 quid for 16 minutes. I drove to Portsmouth, Oxford . The home games have killed me. Simply appalling. Anyone insinuating the likes of me and others aren't " real " fans need to wind their neck in. It was actually affecting my whole weekend watching the crap served up. I'd paid my season ticket money. The club lost nothing by my absence. Nobody is in a place to judge another person as they don't know their situation.
  23. Chislett firstly at Wimbledon and now at Vale, and Garrity are proven goalscoring midfielders. Who knows but I'd expect League one clubs be queuing up for both. Thanks to those two we weren't relegated in January.
  24. Talking of which, when we reconvene in August it will be the grand total of 28 months without a night league victory . Be interesting to see how many games that entails.
