I agree we do need to just support the team and on evidence fans are doing exactly that at matches leaving the animosity towards Flitcroft on the forum. Flitcroft needs to realise his actions speak louder than words.He’s lost TRUST and that’s a long road to come back from. I still think we are 1 result away from turning this around despite his failings of the squad but it HAS to start Saturday. Anything less than 3 points and I can’t see a way back. At least Darren Moore has changed things up to give us a little bit of hope.

Generally we looked better with our formation tonight but offensively we look poor with very little quality when it matters but what really irks me is our defending as a team. We concede yet again after winning 1st contact in the box. To be fair Wing is a fantastic 1 in 50 strike and you could argue Massey could have thrown himself at it but the 2nd one has summed us up. Under a bit of pressure and we fold like a deck of cards. Block the bit then every <ovf censored> player in our box stands and watches. It’s the same every single game we have played. Weak minded players, majority aren’t good enough for L2 and don’t even get me started on Grant.

Change of formation and we looK better for it although Sang and Jones not giving me confidence. We just have to be better in the final 3rd. We’ve had good situations but quality not been good enough. Got to get the ball to Mighten and every opportunity. 1st time since Jeno we have a winger who is exciting to watch.

Kaspar going to be a big miss. He’s been our best defender by some distance.

I agree its desperation stakes to get fans through the door but the club have to try something. After tonight, back to back home games we have to take minimum 4 points so you a hope larger backing will help, not that it has helped us away from home ! We can't really have VP with 5k fans for games which I feel are effectively going to decide what league we play in next season. If we lost those games or failed to win any I think from a psychological standpoint we would be done.

Spot on Rob. I do think we are quite arrogant and ignorant as a club typified by our DoF which is what’s turning fans off and making some feel disconnected.
