1st game in charge 2-1 up 30 minutes to go against a team below and our squad of jelly collapsed.
2nd game. Formation changed we looked better for it overall. A wonder strike then our squad of jelly return to type.
3rd game. THE CAPTAIN literally hands an open goal to the opposition and the squad of jelly shat themselves. Very few players wanted the ball.
What is Darren Moore supposed to do with a group of senior players where the CAPTAIN has had probably the worse season of his professional career, the vice captain is sulking.
The senior players signed by Flitcroft since we were promoted are ability wise <ovf censored>, physically and mentally weak.
But yes it must be Darren Moore’s fault for the formation and training.

The day after…our senior leaders in the dressing room need to hang their heads in shame. Captain and Vice Captain demonstrate over and over again they are not leaders. Our other pros Grant, Massey ,Lowe, Wilson aren’t stepping up to the plate either. I’d take the captaincy away from Smith and give it Ripley.
In Darren Moores short space of time what I have noticed is we push up the pitch much quicker and we definitely look more threatening from corners.
The manager has his work cut.
On to do it die Tuesday. Win or bust.

That’s what Moore said prior to the game. No idea what the injury or length of time out. With a bit if luck it’s more precautionary and he’s let loose on Fleetwood.

2 mistakes cost us a clean sheet and a point to build on but we could say the same thing about so many other games though this season. The players just aren’t learning.
I’ve been really disappointed in our senior players this season. They have shown they are not up to physically and mentally.
As I keep saying 1 result changes everything and it has to be Fleetwood or I think it’s over.

The players confidence is absolutely rock bottom. They look scared stiff if the ball. The number of times the midfield failed to show forthe ball was embarrassing.
The only thing he can do at this stage is be positive and try to instill confidence publicly into his players.

The defence are a bag of nerves, the midfield is pedestrian, we have very little creative and no pace to stretch the play.Only positive I’ve seen so far is we look threatening from corners.

I don’t understand the negativity towards Carol on a after match speech which she does at most games in the suite.
We’ve just lost a crucial game at home, like all most of all she sounds emotional and is just trying reassure the room she thinks they have the right man and is asking the room to stick with it.
Ok she rambles on about community crap which nobody gives a toss about after a defeat but this speech jest tells me how much she’s cares.
Give me that kind of owner any day of the week and twice on a Sunday.
FFS she’s a human, give her a break.

It's probably why less money has gone to the squad. If we had no revenue coming in from off the pitch before its like a sinking ship. A sinking ship floating on the money Carol has. That money would eventually run out. Especially if we went up like she wants us too. So all the investment off the pitch is to plug them holes.
I know I'm going to get hate for what I've said but it's true.
It's carols money to spent as tactically as she can. She has I'm guessing set a plan up with dof to make the club sustainable. This will generate us more money. Eventually with this we can invest more in the first team.

I agree with what you say however the problem is without funding 1st team ( or spending budget wisely spent which personally think is the failing) you start to haemorrhage money. Attendances dwindle, players lose confidence and L2 awaits. Based on Andy Holt at Accrington a loss of 1 million in revenue the difference between the 2 leagues. Carol will need to bridge that loss somehow. Player sales won’t cover it and you’ll struggle to get fans to pay £25 for L2.
It’s counter productive.

Do you know Hoppers I understand why. Pete couldn't get about the pitch last year and we needed more mobility in that area especially on our size pitch. What I can't fathom is why Jason Lowe is considered a CM. Only highlights the failing of Flitcroft recruitment especially when you consider Crosby's vision for his team.

If you watch our free kicks in our own half 40 yards from goal Ripley ALWAYS takes it. If not the ball is tapped to him to dribble forward and then kick long.

Jason Lowe is the new Micheal Tongue but he's even slower.
1st thought can he player it backwards, 2nd thought can he play it the goalkeeper 3rd thought kick it out. He's simply not a L1 standard midfield player.

No crap squad. Any subs we make are going to make us weaker.
Mighten injured which is why he was subbed.
Lopata took a knock so would be more cautionary and to be fair Debrah played well at Reading and deserved to keep his place.
Clueless is a DoF who waited to act.
