Why do you have to be so angry all the time, in making your point?  Name calling etc. It gets old. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I'm not angry all the time - but, bad manners...intolerance...hypocrisy...tend to have that effect on me. You never done any name-calling on here? Really?

  2. When somebody holds their hand up and admits to making mistakes, and promises to try to put things right, and work towards getting things back on track - what more do you want? How vindictive are some of you going to be? Have you never made mistakes? Grow up...accept what's done has been done and let's see where we go from here?

As for the incredible morons who still think you can spend what you like on the playing budget and ignore FFP and its restrictions - playing budget can have a maximum value, being dependant upon a percentage of income. This is fixed, and playing budget can only be increased if more money comes to the club, Anything left over from the playing budget can be spent wherever the Board / Owners feel fit - whether it's gold=plated window frames or pink fluffy dice for every spectator - it cannot go towards spending on the team. For about the 50th time this season - get that through your thick heads????????

Don't worry about me - my mental attitude is still better than many of the morons on here - including yours. But I've been with the Vale through relegations before which is why I don't stamp my feet and throw my dummy out of the pram...or yap yap yap like some of you.  My "ramblings"? Some of you can't even read properly, but I don't believe I've written anything but the truth.
As for my absence - it has nothing to do with not being paid by Flitcroft - which is very nearly libellous - but more to do with my recovering from having half a leg amputated! I rarely have to worry about the upset I may cause people on here - my personal attacks are mostly in response to being attacked.
So - I won't be around as much for a while...but I'll be in the disabled sector more, next season, now that some pain has gone away...leaving just a few pains on here!
Looking forward to a rebuild, and another promotion season, next time round! UTYV VTID Happy Claooers rule!!!

    Hope your recovery goes well.

    Thanks Walka003...yours, too! haha!!

You are right Tony the 3000 hardcore Vale fans will always be there. That is regardless of what division we are in and who our owner is. However to improve and climb up the Leagues it's those casual supporters we need to regularly attract. It's regular gates of 10000 not gates of 3000 that is needed. Good luck with your recovery, some things in life are more important than football.

Thanks for that, man in the pub - you're dead right, mate!

When a team is doing well, that fanbase often doubles, or more, in size - as we saw the season we got promoted, and the first half of the next. We will bounce back!

Good luck with the recovery 👍 yoi could get a game up front for us next week and probably be more effective than some.

I assumed he meant the behind the scenes structure. I don’t believe that he came into the club blind to how we operated and I think his appointment is also a big factor in DF going and i think he will get more say than I believe Crosby had in transfer dealings

Thanks PV1973...I was thinking of taking up a tamer game - like wheelchair basketball!!

Self entitled and arrogant? For wanting better than League Two mediocrity? Which is exactly what we will be for a fair few years to come because she's spunked money away on a fancy scoreboard and <ovf censored> players. Among other things.

She doesn't have a clue how to run a football club and she doesn't give a toss about the fans. Everybody can see that. Everything is always too little, too late. She's full of contradictions, catchphrases and she's hiding behind a mountain of NDAs.

We should change our name to Corporate Community FC.

    Yawwwwwnnnnnn

I didn't say me, I said us. At the end of the day, I'm a customer of her business and I'm paying hundreds of pounds, and so are thousands of there's, to watch a conference level team and to piss in a portaloo. It's not good enough really is it.

She promised better communication to fans yonks ago and yet it's worse than ever. And as of yet, nobody has heard from her since her shockingly embarrassing 'open letter' licking Flitcrofts arse.. Only to get rid of him a month later. She's floundering and she'd get a lot less flack from 'keyboard warriors' if she came out and was honest.

Or she might get more whinging self-entitled BS like yours?

I'm a true fan Tony but I wasn't at Wycombe and I won't be there next week.

We've lost 25 league games at home out of 45. My philosophy is if I'm not enjoying something I walk away.

Our owner has treated the fans atrociously and hidden away from it all.

Get rid of Moore...2 wins in 16,9 points out of 48. Dreadful

Each to their own...there will be true Vale fans there, showing they still support the club. There will be others there to moan and groan, too, of course! It's always been so!

Yes - he will! The true Vale fans will be there next match. The keyboard warriors from this season will be at home wondering which player, or Shanahan family member, to target this time?

As usual - the confused face belongs to VTID...one of the most confused on here!

I couldn’t give two shines what people think of me.

    And ditto.

People clash. People like each other. People don’t. It’s just a fact if life.
    I think you’re a <ovf censored>. I don’t lose sleep over it. I don’t hate you. I just go on what I read on here.
If the same is said about me then fine. It’s all good.

    Up the Vale.

UTV indeed...and VTID, too! Well defended, Spunky!

I'll say it how it is and if you're offended tough shyte , I'd rather speak my mind than be a  happy clapper and bury my head lin the sand  as you seem to excel in Anthony

You don't offend me Yappy - I just don't understand how stupid you are; nor how you believe that being a Happy Clapper means I bury my head in the sand? It just means I'm not a bitter, twisted plank like you who has to lash out at people who don't share the same doom and gloom mentality? Things may not have been great - but there's been no reason to conduct petty vendettas against players who have clearly struggled coming back from injury! Which you seem to excel in, Muttley!

There’s no loyalty in football from clubs, players, managers etc. I wouldn’t blame him if he moved if a good offer comes in for him. He’ll know full well that there would be no loyalty towards him from the club if the shoe was on the other foot and it was them that wanted him out.

There's very often loyalty in football! One-club players still exist!
