Excellent fight between Josh Buatsi & Dan Aziz last night, good undercard too with Gardiner v Poulson,

Buatsi v Azeem, And Caroline Dubois

Talk of Buatsi fighting the winner of Bivol & Beterbiev ....(Big ask|) whoever wins

    I'd rather see Yarde-Buatsi first.

I also watched the Conor Benn fight highlights. Haney apparently next which would not end well for Benn. Nowhere near that level

Completely dominant performance from Beterbiev. Really need to see that Bivol fight up next. No shame for Smith to lose to an animal like Beterbiev but hard to see where he goes from here.

Always been a big fan of Smith. Fought the best over the years and never ducked anyone. I remember watching him live on the joshua-Usyk undercard at Tottenham stadium. The most scariest KO I've ever seen

Hard to believe Beterbiev is 39 and in his prime. An absolute Beast in that ring ,

Beterbiev-Bivol is massive fight that needs to happen. Would love to see Beterbiev Canelo also

Former Vale striker Martin Paterson takes charge at Burton for his first managerial role. Was assistant at Barnsley and Swansea under Michael Duff. Risky appointment that.

I don't mean to write the man off but that's got the Potential to be one of the worst appointments in history.

What is it with league club hiring ex players with next to no experience lately?

I get they have to start somewhere but that's way too much of a risk especially when your fighting relegation.

    Scott brown

    Matthew Etherington

    Paul Scholes

All ended up terrible. And I'd be surprised if Charlie Adam lasts long at his current role

That American lad we tried to sign but couldn’t get a visa for has just posted this

By all look accounts, apparently he looked very good in training.

Different to game day I know. But they said the same about Jesse and I think he's been one of if not the best CB we've had this season

Without being a complete shambles the Blues have been a money pit and a mess for years. Another sjoke like club who think a big name manager will solve all problems.

Here's an idea for a very short thread - Successful top level player who becomes successful manager - Pep Guardiola, Ancelotti, Zidane (maybe)

Add him to the pile of successful players who failed at management

Steve Bruce (whilst we has had some success, never rated him)

    Bryan Robson

    Wayne Rooney

    Steven Gerrard

    Frank Lampard

Don't forget Gary Neville. Horrendous spell at Valencia

    Paul Scholes also

  6. Other than the league Cup run. The only other positive coming out of this soul destroying never ending painful season is the crop of youth players in and around the mathday squad

I can't remember the last time we had that many playing or on the bench.

At least our youth development is going in the right direction

  7. 4 KOs already. Great so far

Aside from Saudi who are pretty much buying every sport at the moment

This is what boxing needs. Solid undercards with name value fighters

    Fury- Usyk

    AJ- Wilder

With the the winners facing off. I doubt it happens as I can't see AJ beating wilder but it really would be the redemption arc and perfect story for AJ to beat wilder and then go on to beat Usyk for the third time lucky and get his belts back
