Young James Plant. Older than the other youngsters and yes further advanced but dont expect miracles. We are giving him the chance to learn from his mistakes. So far almost nil assists and several mistakes at the back admittedly playing out of position. Also have to add that i would play him in front of anyone else we currently have at LWB. Its a great appointment ? I think you are right and i really hope so. The problem is D.F. He is our problem at the club and so long as he remains, we will struggle. He is a poor D of F. If we really wanted and needed a D of F then Carol should have advertised and seen who / what was available and not be taken in by a two hour telephone conversation with a football manager applying for another position
