Does Uche have an extension option in his contract?

Uche has scored goals in the championship recently for Wycombe, Middlesbrough and Cardiff. I think he will be fine in league 2 with a proper preseason.

How have you come to that conclusion?

We can't shift Loft because he's under contract. We can't make the same mistake with Wilson - 21 starts and 4 goals in the league. I wouldn't re-sign Uche. He is a heavyweight boxer, not a footballer.

This one tonight was never going to be any different. They fielded a completely different side against us. All our own doing it was, and we had numerous chances to get out of it. Cheltenham look a damn site more bothered than we were, as you'd expect from a clarke side. We've gone down and didn't even seem that arsed about it. Garritty and Ripley must feel sick looking round our dressing room.

Exactly right. He was total pants from January onwards last season and he basically started the season with us looking like he could not be arsed at all. What is this fascination with ex players? Let's see if Andy Jones can still kick a ball
