Loanwatch: on-loan Port Vale midfielder nets winner for his club

Berks nets as Stafford Rangers win
Midfielder Joe Berks has not been involved in the last couple of Stafford Rangers games but he did play a key role in a match played earlier this month. Stafford earned a long-awaited away league win over Stalybridge Celtic thanks to goals from Jed Davies and a 45th minute winner from that man Berks.
Campbell-Gordon plays in draw with Frickley
Port Vale defender Ryan Campbell-Gordon played as Ilkeston Town played out a thrilling 2-2 draw with Frickley Athletic earlier this month. However, Ilkeston’s most recent fixture, against Newcastle Town, was a victim of the weather. Away from the pitch, it’s interesting times for Ilkeston with former owner Alan Hardy leaving as new owners take over, a new club crest being unveiled and plans for £2m worth of improvements to their stadium. Alex Hurst plays ninety minutes but Bradford PA slip up again
Port Vale utility man Alex Hurst played all ninety minutes of Bradford’s 3-0 loss to Southport. It was Park Avenue’s second successive loss and they remain second-bottom of the National League North.
Green-Birch plays in seven goal thriller
Young midfielder Lucas Green-Birch started as Market Drayton Town won a thrilling encounter with Sheffield FC 4-3. However, despite the win the team still remain rock bottom of the Northern Premier League Division One South East division.
No game for Daniel Tricket Smith
Midfielder Daniel Trickett-Smith was unable to get a game after Curzon Ashton’s game against Kettering was called off due to the bad weather.
