Bradford Park Avenue player reportedly on trial with Port Vale
The Sentinel claim that Vale are taking a look at Bradford Park Avenue player Alex Hurst.
Hurst is reportedly playing for the Valiants in a behind closed doors friendly against a Nottingham Forest XI.
Midfielder Hurst is 19 years old and played 25 times last season, scoring once.
He joined Avenue from Northern Premier League Premier Division side Matlock Town in October 2018.
The talented teenager can play left-midfield, left back or in a more forward role. He progressed through Crewe Alexandra’s academy, representing the club’s under-18 and under-23 sides, before departing for Matlock.
