Port Vale FC takeover is confirmed
The takeover of Port Vale FC by Synectics Solutions has been confirmed.
Carol and Kevin Shanahan entered into an exclusivity agreement to buy the club from Norman Smurthwaite in recent weeks and the takeover has now been completed.
The club’s website is currently undergoing maintenance but a tweet confirmed:
