Shrewsbury have defensive worries ahead of clash with Port Vale
Shrewsbury Town could be down to two fit central defenders as they prepare to host Port Vale on Good Friday.
Manager Micky Mellon has brought in Wigan youngster Jack Hendry on loan and he could make his full debut alongside Nathaniel Knight-Percival who is the only other 100% fit centre-baclk.
Regulars Zak Whitbread and Jermaine Grandison are struggling with injury and Dom Smith is away with Wales U21.
20 year-old Hendry signed for Shrewsbury on Wednesday until the end of the season.
He joined Wigan from Partick Thistle for an undisclosed fee in the summer but has yet to make an appearance in the Football League. He has however made three appearances in the Johnstones Paints Trophy for the Latics.
