Noel Kinsey player profile:
Welsh International Noel Kinsey began his career at Norwich City in 1947 where he subsequently played under future Port Vale manager Norman Low.
He moved to Birmingham City in 1953 and during his time at St Andrews he was a member of the Wales International team which played at the 1954 World Cup finals.
In February 1958, Port Vale signed Kinsey for £5,000 fee in a move that reunited him with his former Norwich manager Norman Low
He was a regular first-team pick in the 1957-58 and 1958-59 seasons which saw Vale win the Fourth Division title. Kinsey scored three times in 37 games as Port Vale won promotion.
His appearances in 1960-61 were less regular and his Port Vale contract was cancelled by mutual agreement in April 1962, as he moved on to King’s Lynn of the Southern Football League.
