Port Vale confirm Alex Nimely signing
Port Vale sign Alex Nimely: the Valiants have confirmed that former Manchester City striker Alex Nimely has joined the club until the end of the 2014-15 season.
Nimely has most recently played for Coventry City and Crystal Palace on loan while still a Manchester City player. He has also made two senior appearances for City. He is also a former England U20 International.
The signing follows the addition of Enoch Andoh to the Port Vale squad earlier this month.
He has got the pedigree behind him again, he was at Manchester City as a youngster…
Port Vale FC manager Rob Page told the media about the signing: “He has got the pedigree behind him again, he was at Manchester City as a youngster.
“I spoke to a good friend of mine who says he has quality and we know he is going to bring that quality into the squad so it’s pleasing to get his signature.
“We need to get him fit, he knows that himself, but I think once we do get him fit we’ll have a player on our hands.”
