A press release states:
Junior supporters and families remain a priority at Vale Park, with the club underlining its commitment to securing the fans of the future…
Port Vale has today launched its Season Ticket campaign for the 2013/14 campaign – giving supporters the chance to secure their seat at the heart of the action as Micky Adams’ men embark on their League One adventure.
Season Tickets remain the most cost-effective way for fans to take in the action week-in, week-out at Vale Park, with the club also offering a flexible five-month payment plan for fans who can’t afford to pay in one lump sum.
Fans who attended Saturday’s home game against Northampton Town are able to redeem their ticket stub to receive the value of their match ticket off a Season Ticket. This discount is also eligible for the payment plan option.
Junior supporters and families remain a priority at Vale Park, with the club underlining its commitment to securing the fans of the future, by extending the age-range for free Season Tickets from Under 9s to Under 12s. This ensures that more accompanied youngsters can see games free of charge for the coming campaign.
Season Ticket Benefits:
VALUE FOR MONEY – We’re rewarding our loyal support, with adult Season Tickets working out from just £13.26 a game, with a valid Northampton Town ticket stub, to watch League One football.
FANS OF THE FUTURE – Under 12s go free at Vale Park for the 13/14 campaign, reinforcing our credentials as a family-friendly club.
SPREAD THE COST – Our five-month flexible payment plan offers supporters another option than paying up front in full.
Said Chairman Paul Wildes: “Making match days accessible for all Port Vale fans remains a priority for us, especially as we prepare for another hugely important season.
“Although we appreciate that some supporters have experienced a small rise in the cost of their Season Ticket, it’s important to underline that this isn’t about profit for the football club.
“All of the money we secure through the sale of Season Tickets will be reinvested in the product on the pitch. We want to have a competitive League One side and build on the success of this campaign – our fans can help us in that by booking their place for next season.
“The atmosphere at Vale Park on Saturday illustrated just how incredible our support can be – and has been – all season. We want to recreate that kind of atmosphere for every home fixture and I truly believe our fans can help us to do just that next season and beyond.”
Season Tickets can be bought in person through the Ticket Office at Vale Park from Wednesday morning at 10am. Application forms, including a ground plan, can be downloaded from the official website from Wednesday morning.
The Ticket Office at Vale Park will be open until 7pm on both Wednesday and Thursday to accommodate supporters who would like to purchase their Season Ticket. In addition, the club shop will also be open until 7pm on both of these days.
