Vale paid out just £2,500 in agent fees

The report – for the period 2011 to 2012 – shows that despite 24 player transfers, loans and contract changes involving the Valiants, Port Vale FC paid just £2,500 to agents.
Four League Two sides – Crewe, Accrington Stanley, AFC Wimbledon and Barnet paid no fees to agents, while Macclesfield paid £2,100 in agent fees.
At the other end of the scale, Swindon Town paid a staggering £448,000 in agent fees while big-spending Crawley Town shelled out £136,000.
