Matchday Thread: Port Vale v Sheffield Utd

I wonder if the Promotion Party crowd will bring a 3 point present for us? Or will they have their eyes on the Champions spot, more or less certain so why should they begrudge us? With only 2 home games left giving us any chance of points, will we have enough players to field a respectable team? Talk about cup-ties, we will need to be giant-killers.

I can't wait for this one, win or lose. Such a shame to lose such a big team from league one.

Will be great to have a decent away following and a great atmosphere.

    Personally think we'll get a 2-2.

To have a chance of staying up we need three points over the next three setting up the chance to get three in the last two. 3 draws would do!

We have as much chance of staying up as Corbyn as of being prime minister.

If Sheffield have the mindset, and play their normal game, we could get well and truly stuffed.

Its going be embarassing next week just like my spelling is. They will win easily something like 4 nil and there will be more of there fans there than ours.

Fancy a win in this one, Sheff Utd already promoted and taking it easy.

They won't be taking it easy, they will want to go up as champions.

Easter hey very poignant time in the football season .
Vale at home have being pretty good but our away game efforts have left us on the brink .
Team well who cares ive lost interest ,it falls on deaf ears anyway he will choose his favourites.
Then he will make excuses for the team when we get relegated .
What he needs to understand is we who go Vale r no different than those who follow Sheffield Utd we r passionate ,we want c players throwing themselves at the ball ,putting there bodies on the line .
Yesterday i saw a team playing like that had given up .
If the fans were so weak then we be in further trouble ,in all bar the Mk Dons the home game support has being in the main superb.
Ill turn up ill shout for them as always but if Brown thinks the level of performance yesterday is good enough then he is out of his depth .
Im not going say we aint got no chance ,im a winner as most ordinary hardworking folk r ,but we need better than the efforts of Taylor Kiko Hooper and Foley yesterday .

We will have to wait and see. They haven't been fantastic on the road recently. They only need 3 points to win the league I would think they would prefer to do it at Brammall lane. Hopefully anyway!
