This should have been done when he first started back in August!

1-What are your plans to get the fans back in the stadium?
2-Who is our Marketing Dept? what do they do all day?
3-Who looks after the catering and does the orders and the hot water (one there for Melv)
4-Is there a fans database of e-mail addresses
5-Which personel deal with the different aspects of the club ie scouting, ticketing, marketing, etc
6-Why have you taken so long to engage with the fans
7-Whats it like working with Norman!!!

What do expect him to say for question7?

There is no way he's going to say anything that could see him out of the job.

Would be nice to have a better recruitment strategy than what we've had in recent years. Seems like Garlick has overseen some decent signings during his time at Rochdale.

Dunphy, Garlick and Hill can also claim considerable success in the transfer market with Hill and his staff developing players such as Grant Holt, Rickie Lambert, Adam Le Fondre, Will Buckley, Chris O’Grady, Matt Done, Scott Hogan, Craig Dawson and Glenn Murray, which has allowed Garlick to negotiate in excess of £5 million of transfer income. The notable off field success has continued with the acquisition of the Ratcliffe Arms and the return of full ownership of Spotland Stadium back to Rochdale Football Club.
