Team news
What will the Vale look like?
Neil Aspin will make a decision on Ben Whitfield before the game but with the training pitches frozen the winger’s return from injury hasn’t been ideal and so he is likely to make the bench at best. The likes of Tyrone Barnett and Rob Lainton are also approaching fitness but this match may come too soon for them. One player ruled out for sure is veteran defender Adam Yates (right) who suffered an awful injury in the reserves. We wish him well!
Pre-match quote
“On Saturday it is vital that we give supporters a chance to enjoy the FA Cup and get through to the next round. But you could argue Yeovil will feel exactly the same. It is a good opportunity. It depends who you draw in the next round but everybody has that dream and you want to keep that dream alive for as long as possible…”
Neil Aspin
