Vale set to miss out on new additions for Bradford clash
Port Vale’s search for free agents to boost their squad looks to have failed as interim boss Michael Brown admitted.
Vale have been hit by injuries and suspension in both attack and defence and Brown was looking at a number of free agents.
However, he told Signal radio that he decided against making any signings because: “It is fitness levels, game time and quality. We have to be careful signing people for the sake of it.
“We understand we have a position we are in with these next two games with Kjell. Hopefully he will be back soon to help us again, and Remie not far after.”
