Have Wrexham joined the chase for Port Vale’s Ryan Lloyd?
A popular non-league Twitter account claims that Wrexham will sign Port Vale winger Ryan Lloyd.
Three clubs are reportedly interested in the midfielder – Chester where Lloyd is on loan are keen to sign the player while Southport have apparently had a bid accepted.
If the Non-League rumours account is to be believed it appears Wrexham are the third club although the claim that Lloyd has already signed for the Welsh club seems to be premature speculation.
Lloyd looks likely to leave the Valiants with Vale keen to reduce their squad size and free up money for new additions. The midfielder has been a professional at Vale Park since 2010 but in six years he has made just two starts and sixteen sub appearances as he failed to cement a regular place in the starting eleven.
