Port Vale coach Andy Smith praised the Port Vale side after they secured a 2-2 draw at Peterborough United.

“We said it on the sidelines – we’ll get one sooner or later. We just had to keep pushing and pushing, and we got in in the end.
“The boys are immense. Last week was a bit of a blip, but we prepared for this game extremely well and good character was shown by everybody. The substitutes and everyone knew their jobs and worked hard together and as a unit I thought they were fantastic.”
