Chester City manager Steve Burr has hailed Port Vale loanee Ryan Lloyd as a “great” addition to the side.
Lloyd joined Chester on loan in November and has now played ten games. Lloyd has played in a variety of positions but is currently playing in central midfield.
He does give us that energy and he’s one of those lads you can put in any position…
Burr told the Chester Chronicle: “Ryan’s done great and it was great to tie him up until the end of the season.
“He’s another smashing lad and he loves his fishing apparently. He does give us that energy and he’s one of those lads you can put in any position and you know you’ll get a performance out of him, and it’s good for him that he’s showing good form because that’s what Port Vale will want to see.”
Lloyd will remain on loan with Chester until the end of the season.
