Bodin: Imminent Inniss return would be a “big boost” to Port Vale
Assistant manager Paul Bodin has confirmed that defender Ryan Inniss is “almost due to come back” and his return would be a “big boost.”
Inniss joined on a season-long loan from Crystal Palace in the summer. However, the strapping defender dislocated his shoulder in late September and he has been having treatment at his parent club.
He is a great character for such a young lads and a real mature player and he is eager to get back up here…
Bodin told the Sentinel: “Ryan is almost due to come back. There are talks now that he could come back in the next couple of weeks. So he will be a big boost to the squad, not only on the pitch but also off the pitch.
“He is a great character for such a young lads and a real mature player and he is eager to get back up here. That won’t be too far in the future.
“The physios are in constant contact as Rob is with Ryan himself. He is really keen to get back and he will boost the squad no end.”
