How is your team faring this season?
I still see us as a work in progress, but if we don’t go up, it looks as though the team will be broken up, but to answer the question we’ve been superb most of the season, and above where most of us thought.
Where do you think you’ll finish?
We have the talent to go up, but I’m not sure the steel is there…
I don’t know, anywhere between second or sixth. We have the talent to go up, but I’m not sure the steel is there.
Who should we watch out for?
They are all very good ball playing players, but Luongo is the stand-out player.
What are your thoughts on your manager?
It’s the right place right time for him. He could be a little less grumpy in some interviews though…
He’s done brilliantly well for what was supposed to be a stop-gap solution. It’s the right place right time for him. He could be a little less grumpy in some interviews though.
What are your thoughts on your board?
They are getting there after the last two years of shenanigans. Bits still keep popping out of the woodwork, but there can’t be much more to slither out, is there?
Any views on Port Vale?
You’ve done well the last couple of years on one of the tighter budgets, I feel. I’m interested to see how Mark Marshall does, he was fast and tricky, with not much end product for us, but he didn’t really get an extended run to be fair.
Any views on players involved with both sides?
Only Billy Paynter springs to mind, his best years were probably with our two sides.
A score prediction?
I’ll go for 1-1, but I have no clue really.
