Striker Tom Pope says he is three weeks away from a first-team return as he continues to make good progress after his knee injury.
Pope told the Sentinel: “I have started running over the last few days and by next week I should be twisting and turning.
“Then hopefully I will be back to training in the next two to three weeks. It’s been eight weeks of a 12 to 14-week injury, so it will be down to Rob Page to say when I should be back in the squad.
“Hopefully there will be a couple of reserve games I can take part in.
“I have known players who have had injuries and they are a bit scared to train in case something happens again, but as soon as I am back running I want to be involved.”
