New injury crisis hits Valiants
Jennison Myrie-Williams and Rob Taylor have joined a lengthy list of absentees – a problem that could mean Micky Adams is unable to name a full complement of substitutes on Friday.
I think we are down to about 16 players…
Ahead of Vale’s clash with Milton Keynes on Friday, Adams told the media: “Jennison Myrie-Williams has not been inside the football club since last week, he has been ill. So I don’t think he will be involved in the MK Dons game, and then Rob Taylor has tweaked his thigh again, so he won’t be involved.
“Add Nathan Smith to that
and I think we are down to about 16 players.”“We are going to try to get the MK Dons game out of the way and then regroup, reassess and see who we have fit and available for the Rotherham game on Monday. We will have a side out there.”
