The only thing I can say is that there have been scouts from other clubs at our games on numerous occasions this season…
According to GetWestLondon “Pett has been watched by the likes of Wycombe Wanderers, Swindon Town and Port Vale this season after playing a starring role in the Stones’ Ryman Premier title charge with 14 goals so far.”
The newspaper adds that no formal bids for the player have been received and any club interested in signing the 22 year-old would have to pay a fee for the under-contract youngster.
Wealdstone manager Graham Bartlett commented: “The only thing I can say is that there have been scouts from other clubs at our games on numerous occasions this season, but that is the same any year. Nothing has come in from another club though. If it does we would tell Tom but at the moment there’s been no official interest.”
