Following an appeal, Staffordshire police have identified three men they wish to question in connection with the trouble after Port Vale’s match against Wolves.
Officers have already identified a number of people who will be arrested in the next few weeks. Chief Superintendent Juliet Prince said “Identifying those who got involved in disorder is an important part of preventing future problems. I urge anyone who knows those pictured to get in touch.
“Over the next few weeks we intend to bring a number of people in for questioning about the disorder which followed the match. We continue to work with the club to ensure fans can support their club in a safe and family friendly environment.”
