Winger turned down three offers to join Vale
The Gloucestershire Echo says that Kaid Mohamed turned down approaches from Oldham, Portsmouth and Bradford City to join Port Vale on a free transfer.
I like the gaffer, I like what he has done in the past….
The newspaper reports that the winger was impressed with the chance to be part of Vale’s winger-based play and with manager Micky Adams’ vision for the club.
Mohamed told the newspaper: “I like the gaffer, I like what he has done in the past.
“I knew he liked me and Port Vale are moving on and pushing from last season.
“Last season Vale were flying, they were at the top of the league all through the season and I am looking forward to joining them.”
