Liam Chilvers would consider Port Vale return
Former Port Vale loanee Liam Chilvers has indicated that he would be interested in a move to Vale Park, the Sentinel reports.
Chilvers was regarded as a success during a three month loan spell in the Potteries in 2011. At the time, Chilvers was widely expected to agree a permanent move when his loan expired but the complete financial mismanagement of the former board made the move impossible.

Chilvers returned to parent club Notts County instead and forced his way back into the first-team at Meadow Lane. So, it was somewhat of a surprise when the 30 year-old was released by County at the end of the season.
Chilvers told the Sentinel: Every footballer wants to play at the highest level they can, but maybe clubs in League One won’t be looking for centre-backs this summer.
“League Two isn’t something I would be averse to, and I had a good time at Vale. In fact I loved it there. If they came in for me it would be something I would consider.”

It’s all nice reading about players who could play for vale, but I am a wait and see supporter,it’s all about wages at the end of the day that’s why Richards and Rigg and griff have left,as I have said many times before you pay peanuts you know the rest,
