Bratt blames Palace for Sam Togwell impasse
Chairman Bill Bratt said Crystal Palace “moved the goalposts” as the clubs try to agree a fee for midfielder Sam Togwell.
The midfielder has made 27 appearances since joining Vale on loan in November, and has agreed terms for a permanent move to the League One side.
However, Palace are demanding a transfer fee, as he still has a year remaining on his Selhurst Park contract.
“Palace have moved the goalposts,” Bratt told BBC Radio Stoke.
